The manager and her cronies (probably high school students) are the worst management ever! The second we met her, she was rude, condecending, incompetent, and dishonest. I have never seen her not act defensive, abrasive, and argumentative with anyone about anything. This apartment complex will feel like a dungeon while she still works there.

The management entered our apartment, giving "24 hour notice" that morning, several times a month. Instead of waiting until you move out to do work on your apartment, they want to do it the last month of your lease. In general, the management rips you off because they know you won't try to sue them because you are a student.

The pool and hot tub look nice at first, but look closer and you will see a film of dirt, dead bugs, and possibly male ejaculatory substance.

The actual apartments are poorly kept: they wouldn't fix our broken dishwasher, our fridge didn't close all the way, and there were holes in walls, a mold-like substance in the bathrooms, and carpet stains.

Personally, I found the horrible condition of these apartments and poor upkeep less deplorable and embarassing than the fact that the property management company keeps this manager on staff. I have never dealt with a more difficult employee at any company ever. She's worse than the people at the DMV, SS office, and the people you talk to on the phone when there's a problem with your phone bill or credit card. Even if you stay far away from her, she will find a reason to knock at your door. The only place you are safe is at another apartment complex, where you SHOULD be anyways!

You are absolutely full of crap, to be frank. I lived at Arlington for two years, a year ago, and I was so sad to have to move away. The management was the nicest group of people I have ever dealt with, and the maintenance guys were not only ALWAYS on the ball, but they were super nice as well. Everyone there is fantastic. The apartments are nice (at least ours was), the pool and hot tubs were more than decent, and the rent was wonderful. The only problem I had was with the jackass partiers that had no respect for any of their neighbors. The parties held there were loud and annoying, but one call to the cops fixed that everytime. I LOVED living there besides that issue and if I had to move back to the area again, you'd better believe I would live at Arlington again.

Absolute false. Managers are rally good guys. Live here for three years, no problems - love this place

Completely agree with the other responses - our manager knows us by first name basis, knows our apartment number, and always asks about our cats. Maintenance problems are taken care of immediately; we once reported our heater not working twenty minutes before closing, and they still came out to fix it for us. Rent is high, yes, but management is wonderful and deserves praise. As an added bonus, on major party nights, a cop comes and sits in the parking lot to discourage noise and partying, which we thought was fabulous, not being partiers ourselves. Great sense of security.
