Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1996
It's been some years since I lived at Arlington, but when I was there the staff was great! I live in the bay area now and let me tell you to have a rental like that again would be a dream come true. Grounds were kept nice and tenants problems were addressed. It is true that there is a lot of noise going on...but hey..it's a college town! Also if you are annoyed by GREEK parties, don't move here. Location is great though, close to campus and bus stops. Rent was high then, not sure about now
