I lived at Aspen Village for 1 year, it was a 3 bedroom downstairs unit. In retrospect, it was a great place to live at.

Even though I lived in a downstairs unit, noise wasnt a problem. The management puts forth the attitude to potential tenants that Aspen village isnt party central, which is great for people who appreciate peace and quiet.

The managment actually cares about whats going on, and they even have socials which is cool. Great people I must say.

Parking is okay if you come home early,... if you come home late at night you may have to park at the end of the lot, but there is always a spot for your car.

The layout is nice, and the rooms are big enough. The kitchen setup works great too. We never had any plumbing/kitchen issues over the course of the year.

Another important note was that when our lease was up, the management didnt try to screw us over our security deposit. They were extremely fair, and if you are unsure they will do a walkthough and tell you exactly what you need to do. No BS, and I appreciate that. Our neighbors nextdoor actually got their full deposit back, but they did spend 2 whole days cleaning up.

Aspen village is a great place to live. It was quiet, clean, and safe. And the management was cool too.
