Aspen Village Apartments

Great Experience. Good Place. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I was located in an apartment right at the corner of Shasta and Denali. The apartment was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for me and my roommate. The complex was very close to a park, basketball courts, and swimming pool. There are bike trails everywhere. The apartment is just a short walk away from the bus stop which leads directly to campus. The manager, Sherri, is very nice and understanding. The maintenance guy, Pat, is also very helpful. I never had to wait more than a couple of days to get anything fixed. In addition, the complex is very quiet. I never had a problem with loud music or parties. Parking on my side of the complex was very wide open. I always had a place to park my car. My only complaint about the complex is that it got attacked by some ants when it rained in the winter. Overall though, my experience at Aspen Village was a good one. I highly recommend this complex for future residents.
