I've lived here at Aspen Village for two years: the management is great and maintenance is always punctual. The insides of apartments are pretty well updated.

However, the main drawback is noise: a majority of the apartments face the parking lot; in addition to regular tenants noise, garbage is picked up at 7am, which wouldn't be too bad if they didn't try to make as much clamor as possible! And recently the parking lots were repaved, so to alert the few cars that remained in the lot, they drove a truck throughout the lot at 6:45 in the am blasting its horn for over ten minutes!!

I suggest you either be a very early morning person or buy some heavy-duty earplugs to live here.
