Avalon Apartments

Not as good as it seems From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   While the apartments are very cute, the maintenance is horrible. They were supposed to replace our kitchen floor in the fall and they never got around to it and when we moved in, everything was broken and dirty. The places are nice but the management is really picky about what you put around your apartment.
