better be nice for the price

the buildings are big, and so are the prices, our 3 bd/3 bth place with w/d is $1890. rooms are big enough to fit 2 people, as is my situation now. however, everyone here is a student, and im willing to bet that 4 of the 5 households do not have to share rooms, which means their paying over 600 for a room, which has to be pretty cheap when you drive $40,000 cars around.. needless to say, most of the kids here dont have to work and as a result have tendencies to come home at any hour in the night making whatever noise they please, for example yelling at video games at 4am, or playing techno dance music hella loud with the carwindows down at 3am. office management is pretty easy about paying rent, you have a week past the 1st to pay w/o penalty. maintnence always gives 24 hour notice or more... parking sucks during the school year, there's been a couple times where i have had to park on the street, where guests are "supposed" to park or "they will be towed" (not really) -- all in all, i like this place, my main gripe is the inconsiderate rich kids who can be loud at the worst times.
