Brisa Villas has too many problems. At first, I we were impressed by the outside, and the model house, but when we moved in, it was horrible. The walls are thin and you can hear people doing "stuff" of the other side, there are lots of bugs that get inside (since there is lots of landscaping outside), and the staff are slow to respond to several of our maintainence requests.
