The apartments are well kept especially with the new maintenance man. Work gets done very fast, same day service, which from my experience is actually very rare. The noise level has gone up since more students have been moving in,but overall, it isn't that bad. Though, these aren't luxury apartments, it's very comfortable here for anyone who's pockets aren't that deep. Only problem is the new manager sometimes is a bit ditzy.
