excellent maintainence staff, usually fix things as soon as they can. this place is nowhere near fancy...but then again i would consider it pretty good for its price. its also pretty nice that its right behind a plaza, even though that plaza has pretty much nothing. parking was almost never a problem and i think this complex has less undergrad living in here so its also relatively quiet.
