Very friendly and efficient management. Issues are immediately taken care of. The complex is well maintained and they are constantly working on improvements. Prices are very reasonable compare to other complexes in Davis. We have not had any problems with roaches, etc and an exterminator company makes regular visits to the complex for inspections. We recommend this complex for families or students. Always quiet and peaceful. Adequate parking space available. Living at brush creek apartments has been a great experience.

How would a regular tenant know if a regular exterminator company makes visits to the complex for inspections. Suspicious review to me....
