i moved in when the renovation was about half way done. it must have been a real dump before but now it's quite nice. when i tell people where i live they all cringe but that's because they know the old cambridge house. the new management has done a fine job and the maintenance staff is friendly and prompt. only problem is that they spent too much money on landscaping and cable and it seems to be reflected in an increase in rent. not cool!
