Its not the best!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I think this place isnt the worst, but the staff sucks ass. My heater was missing pipes and was pumping gas into the hallway. There response was "ohh, well" We'll fix it, but thats too bad. I wont be here next year, I will tell you that. But, if it is the last place possible it would be ok.
