Ridiculous management--we were promised many amenities in our apartment, but they actually REMOVED some of them (such as a garbage disposal) before we moved in. We frequently were without water and phone service. The apartment below us reverberated with domestic violence, and the police visited frequently, but as far as I know the tenants were never evicted. The pool was dirty, the hot tub broken, the trees trimmed to nubs just before the summer heat so that we had no shade. A total tenement!
