Cambridge House is alright, but it's far from being the best place to live in Davis. The buildings are old and I've had maintenance issues throughout the year that have required multiple trips to the management office to fix. Sometimes the dumpsters are not emptied, causing a smell and garbage to pile up around the dumpsters. The garbage trucks liked to come at 7:30 AM when I lived here, and since I lived in an apartment close to the dumpsters I woke up to them all the time. There are a couple of positive aspects like the free internet and cable, nicely landscaped grounds, computer room and gym, and pretty pool area. It's also quiet since not many UCD undergrads live here. Overall this place is alright, but there are far better places in Davis for the amount of money you'd spend here.
