Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   For the amt of rent I paid, I expected more. It is a large apartment , but overall it is not what is advertised. My biggest complaint was the mantainance. Slow to response and when they do, the work is bad. Within a month I was ready to move out due to the crappy parking, fleas in the apartment, unfinished sink and broken window that was yet to get fixed. But because of the shame of a contract I was locked in. The rental staff are friendly, but i have lived in much better places for less in Davis. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
