Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
The year I lived there the water
was out more than half the time,
they raised the rent on us by 40%,
and the managers gave NOBODY back
their security deposit.
Needless to say, nine out of ten
tenants moved out at the end of
the year, and from what I hear,
they don't have any better of a
turnover rate now.
