Overall, I have had a good experience.

I received a fair and quick deposit return.

Of course I had a maintenance issue here-and-there, but they were taken care of quickly and efficiently, and the first time!! It was cool to have internet and cable included (two less bills to worry about).

I never had any problems with my water being shut down like some people did before my time.

I don't know what that's about...I liked it, it was cool!
