Well, this place is very well managed. I have my refrigerator and oven replaced during my pas 2 years in here. The maintanance guy will come in 1 or 2 days after I submit the maintainace form. I really like their management style and their speed in fixing things up. They clean the pool basically EVERYDAY, which includes winter (my apartment has a pool view so I know it). So basically the pool is a fun place to hang out and sun bath. My personal experience is that this pool is the most well managed apartment pool in davis. And if you like pets, well here are plenty of dogs and cats. Most of them are friendly and cute. Free fax is another good point in here.

Bad points are: a little pricy compare to the rest. $100 more than apartments near school. But since they are giving free basic cable and internet, I think its kind of equal to the extra $100 we pay.
parking is another problem here. gotto find your own place after 10pm.
