Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Good: Parking, Friendly Manager, Takes all animals, close to DMV & Post Office, Near to Nugget & Safeway, newly replaced decks, maintenance will be addressed, walking distance to bus line
Bad: Small apartment, pricey, old construction, cheap interior inc. washer cabinetry etc., poorly notified when construction or maintenance is to be done (most disturbing of all) imagine waking up to a stranger in your backyard, questionable owner
