I started calling this place "my lair" because you only have 2 windows in the apartment.
One of them is the front door with trees blocking it.
From the moment the sun rises til it sets...there is absolutely no light in the house.
I have my lights on all day and the electricity bill is quite high.
But that is the only complaint I have about the apartment.
I've had bathroom fan fixed when I moved in but nothing else had problems all year.
No insect problems and that was a nice change from living in PARKSIDE the year before.
Parking is great, the staff is great, the maintanence guy helped me fix my car! The place is close to everything you need like groceries, bus, gas, drugs store, movies, dining...great great wonderful place!
