Chautauqua

 

The concerns I have are that parking can get pretty tight here and most apartments have a sliding door as the main entrance.

I don't live in one that has a sliding door although we do have a sliding door along with a front door.

I would think the ones with sliding doors are a little inconvenient and awkward.

Oh, also...

there is no study lounge that students can use after a certain time (when the office closes).

We are given a key to the Casitas study lounge which is quite small.

Aaand the walls are a little thin.

Laundry is a total of $2.25 (which is a little high), but there is a nice, large pool, jacuzzi, and barbeque area here.

The exercise room overlooks this and is also decent with a TV, bathroom, and AC I believe.

Management is overall responsive and nice.

You'll always see the maintenence guy biking around and fixing any problems or just keeping up the place.

The location is very convenient.

Chautauqua is right off the green belt and is in close proximity to the Safeway shopping center, Albertson's shopping center, I-80, and the G bus line (which runs more than any other bus line).
