I lived here a while back, and unless things have changed, the management is fabulous, the grounds are clean and well-maintained, as is the pool and workout room. Maintenance was good. My only complaints would be the noise (it's a college student place after all), and that I only had a sliding screen for the door, which didn't feel safe. There are apartments with doors though; I had a one-bedroom. I especially loved their meet-your-neighbors yearly bbq and the monthly newsletter they sent out. It was cute; full of recipes and tips. If they had any complaints, they would voice them as requests in a polite and professional way. The staff was wonderful.
