The other reviewer must have some kind of personal grudge against the management, because I think they're the most easygoing of all the managers I've had in Davis -- and I've lived in 6 different complexes in Davis.

Only potential problem with this complex is that it is a quiet place... noise complaints if you're somewhat loud are likely.
