The apartment itself is pretty nice, especially for the price. There's a pretty good amount of storage, the kitchen is spacious, and the patio is nice. Our bottom floor apartment is well insulated, which is good since the air conditioner/heater is so obnoxiously noisy that we dread using it.

The management have been pretty horrible. When we arrived after driving for 4 days from Florida (6 days after the day we started paying rent), our apartment was being used to store cleaning and maintenance supplies, and the air conditioner was down below 70 on OUR electricity bill. Lots of the "turnover" tasks weren't finished: kitchen faucet was disassembled; someone had stopped cleaning the tub halfway through, leaving dried up "Comet" suds all over the place; the paint tape was still up; the dishwasher was so clogged it drained into the sink; etc. We've lived here nearly a year and the only thing they've fixed is one electrical socket. The blinds on 3 of our windows have been broken since the day we moved in. They take forever to fix broken washers/dryers in the laundry room. They don't consistently notify residents of planned water outages. Sometimes our rent checks aren't cashed for weeks. They're absolutely the laziest managers I've ever dealt with.
