I moved here in September and have been very happy with the complex and with my apartment. The apartments are spacious and have some really nice features (patios, storage rooms, high ceilings, central heat and air, etc.) but rents are comparably low for the area and for all that you get here. The grounds are lovely and well kept and the management is wonderful. They are really nice and very quick to fix anything that goes wrong. A wonderful contrast to many of the huge, impersonal property management companies in Davis! The complex is very quiet and neighbors seem generally nice. I highly recommend Clubside!
