My Year at Ivy Towne

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The neighbors here have been just terrible. Their music is often much louder than the trains passing by and they play it all the time. The management has been fairly indifferent to the problem. Also, Ivy Towne is really unsafe. I know from experience.
