I lived in Ivy Town last year and found the apts. to be quite spacious for how cheap it is. It was a very quiet place - sometimes in a creepy way... Management was good and responsive, but I encountered a few problems...



There aren?t enough washing machines, and several times they ate up my clothes. Parking can be a bit difficult late at night. AND...



BEWARE OF MICE!!!! My apartment was INVADED about two weeks before I moved out. They were able to trap one, but there were so many chewing through every corner of the place! It freaked me out so much that I abandoned the place and stayed with friends for a bit... the mice did a lot of damage in those two weeks, though, like eating all my food, chewing up my clothes, and pooping all over everything. It was disgusting, and has left me with an irreversable paranoia.



So, MOST people I knew there hadn?t had a mouse encounter - but you?re taking your chances. Other than that, it was a great place.
