I moved in to Ivy Towne apartments in the Fall of 2002. I would never and I mean never live there again. I work early and every morning you will wake up to cockroachs attacking your stuff. These cockroachs are huge and DO NOT die despite how many types of killer you buy. The staff is disorganized and rude, once my car was stolen with our apartment keys and they staff did not want to replace the lock despite that the people who stole my car had my address and our extra key.
Although the place is cheap it is a poor neighbor with high crime. It does not have many college students and everyone keeps to themselves. This would be good for studying, EXCEPT that there are numerous families with newborns crying at all hours of the night. Plus the walls are thinner than most apartments and you will often answer your phone when it is your neighbor's phone.
There is no hot tub or gym. Not that these things are important, but numerous other complexes have these. Parking is bad at night during the weekdays.
One of the most important thing is that they are doing painting and working on the buildings with no results of the complex looking nicer. They are noise and do not give well advanced notices on things. Plus the walks ways are not well lit and the shrubs are attacking the walk ways. Plus overall the place is falling apart. Everytime we turn on the ceiling fan it shakes and makes the metal cord hit the light.

There are a couple plus to this place:
the laundry facility uses credit cards which means coins never become jammed.
section C gets unlimited heat for $10 extra on rent.
