Not worth it.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
This is the absolute worst place that I have lived in. The rent was reasonable at $720, but they jacked it up to $820 the following year. The place is definitely not worth $820. And now that my lease is over, they have refused to return my security deposit. Don't live here, its not worth the aggravation.
