Ivy Towne Apartmenents has really gone down hill, since Trinity Property has purchased it. They increased the rent the limit allowed. Repairs are not made (if they are ever made) within a resonable time (even though contract states it). Trains are so loud the windows and walls vibrate. One morning I thought the train had derailed it was so loud. The homeless sleep in the bushes along the tracks and back parking lot. The transiets leave their bedding (debris) and anything else they collect from the dumpsters to use for bedding in the bushes along with their empty cans of food. Even though mgmt has FINALLY trimmed the bushes from the telephone wires, they have never cleaned up the accumulating trash. As for safety' What a joke! My car has been vandalized and burglarized twice. I have reported to the police 2 abandoned vehicles (turned out to be stolen), and about 6 crimes in progress (all vehicle related). If you own a car or bicycle... dont park them here. Walk through the complex and see how many dismantled bikes are parked in the bike racks. Dont judge the book from the front...go to the back! As for pet friendly' Heaven forbid if your beloved pet gets outside. The current manager will call the pound to have them put down.
