It's not that bad

Ivy Towne apartments are obviously not the Hilton of apartments. My husband and I are students, and we haven't found it to be as intolerable as everyone else has claimed it is. The trick is to not live near the parking lot in the back, because that's where all the trashy neighbors are.
Maintence isn't that bad, it's like any other apartment we have lived in before-it might take a couple of days to get non-emergency stuff done. We had our entire toilet replaced when it was having problems.
As far as management goes it used to be pretty bad, but now they have a whole new maintence and management staff. The rent is pretty cheap, and the apartments are not tiny. We have never had our car broken into, and we have 3 bikes parked in the racks and have had no difficult with that etiher. Neighbors can sometimes be a pain, but that's the way it is in any college town. Overall it's worth the money.
