ivy towne is an okay complex. the apartments are modest, the exterior looks very worn. some problem with roaches. the a/c will cool you down if you are with in 8 ft. the staff is helpful and friendly. it is one of the cheapest in davis and they allow pets. the hot water is constantly being turned off. overall its okay, but i wouldn?t want to live here longer than 2 years.
