My roommate and I have encountered nothing but problems since living here at Ivy Towne. When we first moved in, the apartment didn't appear too bad, but it didn't take us long to see all the inconviences. The bedroom doors don't lock or shut, the oven doesn't work, the screens are falling off the windows, some of the window locks are broken, there was mold in the closets, the shower barely drains... it's a complete mess! Just when we thought things couldn't possibly get any worse we started waking up in the night to a noise in our kitchen. WE HAVE RATS!!!! The rats have chewed a hole in one of our cabinet walls. They come out into our apartment and have ruined personal belongings and ate our food. There was rat poop all over our kitchen. The living conditions are disgusting! When we reported the problem no one did anything about it! We constantly had to go back down to the office and complain and stil nothing has been done. The managment at Ivy Towne is rude, inconsiderate, and lazy! They are full of broken promises and do not take care of their residents. If you want something taken care of, plan on doing it yourself because Ivy Towne lags! Not only is our apartment affected by the rats, the entire building is has problems. Our neighbors all have the same complaints, and still the managemnt has not given us any answers or acknowledged our cries for help. Ivy Towne is Hell on Earth!

We moved out becaue of the same rat problem and the management is atempting to siff me for $8,000 worth of damage. DO NOT RENT HERE!
