DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
OUR APARTMENT WAS RUN DOWN, MAINTENANCE NEVER SHOWED UP, LAUNDRY ROOMS NEVER WORKED HALF THE TIME AND NOBODY EVER CALLED BACK FROM THE MAIN OFFICE.
MANAGEMENT DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO REAL ESTATE BUSINESS. THEY SHOULD SELL THE APARTMENTS TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE TENANTS AND THE APARTMENTS.
WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR DEPOSIT YET AND WE MOVED 3 MONTHS AGO.
OUR CAR WAS MUGGED IN THE APARTMENT PARKING FACILITY AND MGT. DID NOTHING.
