I lived here for a year, and I think it's too long with or without a lease. The only up point is the low rent, you know why their rent is going down this year and the others in the area is going up' NOBODY WANTS TO LIVE HERE. Here is why:

1)Rats coming into our apartment,
2)walls as thin as paper, you can here ppl conversation from next door,
3)poor management (rude, don't care about nth but your rent on time),
4)the whole complex is old,ugly and falling apart,
5)washers & dryers are not working well most of the time,even when they are, they don't wash or dry your clothes,
6)walkways are dark
7)you will never get a place to park.

I can go on and on, but what I want to say is, DON'T LIVE HERE, GET AWAY FROM IVY TOWNE APARTMENTS.
