It is a cheap apartment complex in Davis.
Good:
Very quiet, I think most everyone just keeps to themselves. Mangement is nice. It is on two Unitrans bus lines. The apartments are very spacious and you can fit a lot of furniture into the bedrooms. Nice, new looking carpets. Garbage disposal is the best I have every encountered, very very very quiet, yet very powerful. Nice refrigerators. It is located next to a train track, but I have not heard any trains yet. Parking isn't a problem usually.
Bad:
The apartments are old, and look older. The appliances are something you can find in a musuem nowdays. Cockroaches become your friends. Air conditioner cools an area with a radius of 5 feet, no more, no matter how long you leave it on for or how high you set it at. Everything in the bathroom needs to be replaced and up graded. I heard this is a higher crime area in Davis, and with a lot of parking on the street, it makes me wary, but so far no problems. The telephone wires are crossed or something, because whenever my phone rings, and I answer it, the guy who, lives next door, also answers. It's like a bad party line without the party.
