I like this place alot, i plan on staying here next year. however there are so bad points...the gym and library they brag about closes around 6...seriouly who studies before 6pm' they are okay with repair..they say they'll be there in 2-3 days ..then they come later that day so who knows.... I think the rent is expensive. but our apartment was completly remodeled so it was brand new everything...very nice. the complex however, always smells like propane...i have no clue why and why nobody else is fixing it. hot water is semi rare the shower has to be on for like 8 min before you actually need to turn the cold water on...I have not had a problem with pests of any kind. I like it. it has is ups and down like any other apt
