I have lived here for over two years and can't wait until my lease is up. The complex changed management and we were promised changes, which was why I renewed my lease. We have had a leak in the roof since last winter that hasn't been fixed. The handrail on the stairs to my apartment is loose on one end, and there is paint splatter covering all of the windows of my place. Recently, the laundry room for the block C apartments was locked and is now being used as a storage room. This was done with no notice, and tenants in block C now have to walk to the front of the complex (about 2 blocks) to do their laundry. The water heater breaks 3-4 times per year, and they will shut the water off for days without notice. This is an old complex that needs a lot of maintenance, but the owners seem unwilling to spend the money on hiring competent people to do the work.
