The only good thing about this place is the parking

If you want to live here, just wait until they offer special deals. They charge South Davis prices for apartments older than North Davis apartments.
-train tracks right next to complex
-management has history of losing rent checks & charging late fees for it
-took 3 months for maintanence to remove "mold that is black" from our bathroom
-no central heating and air/poor ventilation in bathroom and apartment: great for mold, bad for humans
-no dishwasher/poor garbage disposal
-laundry machines don't even take quarters
-poorly constructed -- walls cracked and lack fortification (dont lean too hard or some will crack)
-"NO DOGS" -- not enforced WHATSOEVER, good thing for dog owners and ppl that love midnight barking
-no interior lighting at all & crappy outlets (make sure to tape the plugs to the outlet so they don't fall out)
