Bad management

Most of the management people are bad. They are rude and not willing to listen. Whatever you say they just refer you back to the lease that you sign at the very begining. While it is legal and legit to do that, their attitude is just not right. They just try everything to constrain you instead of work things out with you.
The remodel of the apartment is just external. Yes they painted the wall and cabinet, but the paint was crappy. Paint just fell off at the moment I opened the door of the cabinet. Yes they changed the power outlet, but it was just the cover outside. When I plugged stuff in, the connection was bad and the outlet inside was broken. Walls are thin like sheet. I can hear my neighbor at night all the time.
While some claimed parking is adequate, the space is narrow. I got many dents on my car becuase of this. Now I park my car on the street.
They raised the rent from $850 to $975 this year, and everyone is leaving because they overcharge too much. A month after they told us about the new rent, they gave $100 incentive for renewing the lease. They put this notice on every unit. A few weeks later, they put another one on our door with even more incentive. As I walk around the apartment complex, I can see that pretty much every unit has this notice, meaning that not many of us would like to stay. I am sure they will have a lot of vacancy this year. In my opinion, price and quality just dont match up at all. Plus their poor management that worsen their already-bad-reputation, you should put this on the bottom of your list or even cross out from your list. Try to avoid at all cost.
