My, My, My.Where do i begin' For starters, my front door has big gaps that allow numerous roaches to just walk right in and hang out.I'm surprised management hasn't asked for a pet deposit for them.The roaches are all over the complex, especially at night.Some of the electrical outlets don't work or work on occasion.It takes forever for the water to get hot enough to shower or do dishes.And the kitchen is the size of a closet.The walk-in closet in the bedroom isn't bad though.Its pretty big.The sprinkler system likes to water the pavement along with the grass and for so long it creates a waterfall on the sidewalk.And i just love the fact that every time the sprinklers come on, a nice mud puddle forms by my front door.The wall unit air conditioner does a crappy job cooling unless you sit right in front of it.THE PARKING SITUATION SUCKS!!If you dont come home by 7 or 8pm you won't get a spot.Not even on the street unless you luck out.The parking spaces are really thin, so if you don't own a Miata its hard to fit between cars.I try to park on the street because of the new dents i get parking inside.The walkway to my apartment complex is always blocked because there is a freaking parking spot there instead of a walkway!How absurd is that'The laundry rooms are run by a card system.Every time you need to put more credits on the card, you can only go to the front laundry room to buy more credits.I loved the couple of times when i needed to go get more credits to dry my clothes and the freakin machine was down.Nice idea!The management here is beyond terrible!They are rude and uncaring and really don't want to be bothered with your petty problems.Bottom line is these apartments are a total waste of your money.

Do you really live here? I have been here for a year and would stay for a long time if I wasn't changing schools. The management and maintenance do a good job of fixing problems, just remember this is a HUGE complex. They always fix my serious problems within in the hour I report it. I recommend this place to ANYONE, I just wish I didn't have to move.

i totally agree. I lived in the A section & it still took them all day to fix a problem, if they actually showed up. It took months to get my dishwasher fixed (it leaked water all over the floor), an extra key (only had one), or anything else that I couldn't just fix on my own (which is easier than trying to get help from them). Management is grumpy & rude. I hated it here & wish I could have left sooner.
