I have been living in this SQUARE for about a year, and this is surely a BAD place. Why' There are 2 different blocks in this apt complex, the one that is closer to the office and the one that is away from the office! As you may already know, they keep the one that is closer to the office a lot nicer than the one that is away from it.. ( I do live away from the office.) The condition of my apt is really bad, even the first day I move it. I requested the management for repair in the first couple days I move in. However, out of all the request, they were only able to fix the molded fan in the restroom. They are leaving out the main door, windows, door knob and A/C. At this point, these stuff are still mal-functioning. They told me that they will follow up about 6 months ago... Another horrible thing is that the lawn mowing crews!! They would come in @ 9am or even earlier in the morning.. and MOW the lawns that is around your apt! They work extremely slow, they could spend up to 90 mins to work on the grasses and bushes!!! There is no way that anyone can sleep under this extreme NOISE!! After i called the management, they told me this is their schedule... This place is hopeless, do not come here! be here and be a SQUARE!!!
