ghetto quality, uptown price

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I've had nothing but problems getting anything fixed. It took months to get most things fixed if ever. There is still a huge hole in our ceiling that has been there since we moved in. The rent is extremely high when you look at the quality of the apartment.
