This place is very quiet, and the townhouses are spacious and well maintained. We have had no problems living here at all. Management are available, polite, efficient and innovative in problem solving. I find it hard to believe that more people don't live here. Maybe people will settle for less for a bigger rent. The facilities are great (laundry, pool, hot tub, well maintained grounds) and maintenance is usually speedy depending on the urgency (as you would expect).
The rent is quite reasonable considering the size of each unit. We like is because of the month to month lease flexibility. Why wouldn't you want to live here' AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
