The townhouses are decent for the amount of rent paid per month, but the maintenance staff is extremely incompetent, and the office manager is completely inept. A shame, really, considering the prior manager was a very personable, intelligent woman.
So, all in all, if you don't mind fixing things yourself then I guess the place is ok - just don't rely on the staff for much of anything.

Also, there have been a slew of recent crimes from carjacking to burglary - this place really should be safer considering we live in Davis.

not sure what they are talking about. crime I have never heard of any and I have lived here for 7 years. I have always had my maintenance issues addressed and repair quickly. They even checked back a couple of days later to make sure it was still all good.
