TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE! Manager is incompetent. Maintenance is a joke. In my town house we had a serious leak. For weeks we begged them to come fix it. Nine months later, still NO RESPONSE. Due to the delay, mold was produced and my roommates and I were periodically ill. To this day, I still don't know if the leak has been repaired. Its absolutely horrifying to think about. Living here means putting your life at serious risk. Not to mention the place looks like crap.
