The Colleges is an attractive, very well-maintained complex. The interiors are stylish, comfortable, and well-constructed. There are several study rooms and a well-equipped fitness center. RecHall is right across the complex, and the Rec Pool is right next door. Its pricey, but well worth the rent, which includes ethernet. My unit was very quiet. Walls werent as thin as those in other places Ive lived at. I never had any maintenance problems. Parking was always plentiful. My only gripe is that the management took out a good portion of the security deposit for "cleaning," though we worked very hard to leave our unit spotless. But overall the Colleges is a great place for students lucky enough to get an apartment there. Id give it a 4.5 rating overall if I could.
