my complaints:
-asbestos: i really wonder why they still have the asbestos ceilings' i thought they said they might get rid of them before we moved in but nothing ever happened.
-paint: they did a pretty cheap job of paining and the walls feel chalky.
-appliances: i have yet to figure out how the heater works. i've followed instuctions on lighting the pilot light but it still doesn't work. also the fridge died today. i'm hoping they're going to fix or replace it tomorrow.
-bathroom: they had to fix the shower because the faucet was leaking. the only good thing was that they were quick to respond to that.
-the management: they're defiantely not the warm and fuzzy type.
-the neighbors: they're all ok but extremely anti-social. unless you're in close quarters like the hottub, you're not likely to strike up a conversation with anybody.
-the workout room: old equipment, at least its running.
-the price: 980 for a 2 bedroom.
-the location: right by the rail road. somebody got arrested right infront of my apartment for having weed in thier car. there also was somebody arrested over by the train tracks after a police chase. we got to hear the obviously drugged or drunk man be tazered several (like 8 or 10 times) by the police. it was definately interesting and completely hilarious, but kinda scarry.

ok so to sum it all up this place is getting older. there's lots of newer places to live in davis. i'm not living her next year for sure.
