If you're looking for a cheap place to stay drake might not be bad but if you're like most people who would like warm running water and a roof that doesn't leak, drake may not be the best place. Maintenance try to keep the place running but the complex is just too old (or cheap) and falling apart.

In regards to management: they're strict. Very strict. Got regulated cause there were five people in the pool and two of them didn't live at the complex.
